The test bench can be used for diesel engine and gear box experiment and assembly machinery development, controller debugging, performance or reliability and durability test; In the transmission system of automobile industry, the performance and quality of transmission must be guaranteed in the development and delivery inspection of transmission products. Therefore, it is very important to test the transmission performance strictly.
Equipment function:
1. Test parameters: speed, torque, power, temperature, vibration, noise2. Parameter display mode: computer screen display3. Digital set torque value, digital PID automatic control4. Automatic control mode: constant torque5. Dynamic curve display6. Automatic recording and saving of data
Test method and operation procedure(Assume that situation)
1, 25% working condition: through the computer set torque value =1900*25%=475Nm,
2, 50% working condition: through the computer set torque value =1900*50%=950Nm,
3, 75% working condition: through the computer set torque value =1900*75%=1425Nm,
4, 100% working condition: through the computer set torque value =1900*100%=1900Nm
Applications
The SeeLong E-Motor test beds are used for analyzing and determining electrical, mechanical, thermal and acoustic properties. Functionality, reliability and durability tests and cold start performance measurements can be implemented under realistic conditions. The integrated SeeLong TCM automation system allows for fully automatic runs, so time and cost-efficient test ones for aII relevant test procedures.
All measurement data is saved with a uniform time stamp and can be processed further with the data post processing tool, The optional integration of the "Virtual Proving Ground" technology based on SeeLong SLM also offers a virtual development and test environment to implement integration, optimization and validation tasks even on the test bed.
The test specimen is (by means of simple parameterization) integrated in a virtual vehicle environment and tested systematically with reproducible, realistic driving maneuvers. Control units within the vehicle can be emulated in SeeLong SLM or connected as real devices to SeeLong SLM.
