The inspection requires sufficient indoor light, but direct sunlight should be avoided during the inspection. The viewing distance is generally about 500mm. Sensory inspection should be carried out from the following aspects:
Put a pair of leather shoes on the table at the same time, and carry out the following tests one by one:
1. Dimensions of main parts
Carefully measure the length of the front upper, the length of the toe cap, the height of the rear upper, the height of the heel, the length and width of the outsole of the two shoes, and the allowable error range shall not be exceeded.
2. Appearance
Observe whether the shape is correct, whether the style is beautiful and novel, whether the parts of the two shoes are symmetrical; whether their height, length, width, fat and thinness are symmetrical.
3. Inspection of the contact position of the forefoot, the height of the head, and the inclination of the heel
The eyes are at the same height as the table top, when viewed from the side, the position of the forefoot touching the ground should be within the sole of the foot, not forward or backward; the head tilt should be between 7-15mm, not too large or too small; the rear arch should not be too large Or too small; the heel should be perpendicular to the ground, not inclined forward and backward; the palm surface should be completely in contact with the desktop, and the center of gravity should be on the palm.
4. Inspection of the lifting height of the inside and outside of the outsole
The eyes are at the same height as the table top. Viewed from the front, the height of the inner and outer sides of the outsole of the two shoes should be the same.
5. Inspection of heel tilt left and right and rear seam skewed
The eyes are at the same height as the table top, and the heel and back seam should not be skewed when viewed from behind.
6. Inspection of the position from the mouth to the ankle bone
The bezel should not be lower than the ankle bone when worn on the foot. For leather shoes with a higher back and a hard bezel, more attention should be paid to this inspection.
