Working Princible The grinding chamber of the machine is composed of multiple rows of moving needles on the moving disk and multiple rows of static needles on the static disk, and the moving needles and static needles are regularly staggered. When working, the air and the material enter at the same time, and the material enters the center of the crushing chamber through the quantitative feeder, the centrifugal force is transmitted to the material by the high-speed rotating moving disc, and the material is moved to the outer edge of the moving disc by the acceleration, and the material particles are smashed by violent impact, kneading and friction between the moving and static needles.
