Application:
The spray nozzle tester is a device that replaces the swing pipe rain tester for waterproof level test. The IPX 3/4 spray nozzle tester is used to test products that are not suitable for the test of the swing pipe rain tester. The IEC60529:2001 test includes IPX3 and IPX4 sprinkler and splash protection tests. The IPX 3/4 spray nozzle tester is a hand-held device for verifying spray and splash protection.
The main function of this equipment is to test the physical and other related properties of products such as electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts under simulated rain conditions. This is to judge whether the product performance meets the standard, so as to provide a basis for product design, improvement, verification and factory inspection.
Features:
1. The CNC machining spray nozzle (accurate size), the spray nozzle is made of pure brass material, the surface is mirror polished and corrosion resistant.
2. The surface of the copper spray nozzle is sprayed with an anti-rust coating, which can effectively prevent the watermark on the surface of the copper spray nozzle from producing patina and affecting the appearance.
3. Water spray method: it can be used directly with tap water.
4. Simple operation: lock the baffle to the end of the movable slot, so as to block 1/3 of the spray holes, which meets the IPX3 rain standard, and no baffle covers it, which is the IPX4 test requirement.
