S SH series split case double suction centrifugal pump are horizontal single stage double suction pump casing horizontal center open centrifugal pumps.
They are widely used in factories, mines, urban water supply, power stations, large-scale water conservancy projects, farmland irrigation and drainage etc for transporting clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water.
Medium temperature not higher than 80 ºC.
S SH series centrifugal pumps advantages are as follows:
1. Transportable muddy water: By changing the materials of the impeller, sealing ring, and shaft sleeve, muddy water containing sediment can be pumped.
2. Comprehensive performance is good, high head: long distance and high head transportion, single set head can reach to max 140m.
3. High flow rate capacity: can be reached 12500m3/h.
4. Suitable for high temperatures: If cooling water is supplied to both ends of the bearings, the medium temperature can reach 130 ºC.
5. Diameter size:outlet size from 100mm to 500mm.
6. Wide range of available materials: cast iron, stainless steel, etc.
7. Shaft seal: The shaft seal of S SH centrifugal pumps generally uses soft packing. If there are special order requirements, mechanical seals can also be installed.
8. Widely application: all clear water, water like liquids and muddy water can be transported, widely used in factories, mines, urban water supply, power stations, large-scale water conservancy projects, farmland irrigation and drainage etc. The 48SH-22 large pump can also be used as a circulating pump in thermal power plants.
9. Driving engine of motor and diesel are available.
10. Kinds of driving method satisfy different space need on site: DC, CL, CR, CV, ZV, HC.

Convenient maintenance: The pump cover of the S SH centrifugal pump is fixed to the pump body with double head bolts and conical positioning screws, making it easy to open and inspect all parts inside the water pump. There is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipelines and motors, making maintenance extremely convenient. From the transmission direction, the SH type water pump rotates counterclockwise; The S-type water pump rotates clockwise.
