Product Feature
ROTOR:
The knife adopts V-shaped arrangement, the blade has a variety of different components and materials to choose from, and the Angle can be changed for many times.
Adjustable tool: By adjusting the gap between the tools, the material discharge effect can be controlled. Can choose surface surfacing welding wear-resistant materials, suitable for processing some hard, wear larger materials, effectively ensure the long-term stable use of the tool roll.
Reducer:
The reducer adopts a well-known brand gear box to increase the safety factor and ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
The rubber shock absorber attenuates the vibration generated during the shredding process, absorbs the impact, makes it stable shredding, and protects the safety of the reducer and its power system.
SCREEN:
According to different needs, different aperture screen can be replaced. The replacement screen adopts hydraulic drive to better solve the shortage of manpower and the security risks brought by the replacement screen.
HYDRAULIC PRESSURE:
