SHM4-10A brick machine interoduction
As a clay brick making machine with high degree of automation, SHM4-10 hydraulic system uses plunger pump to provide hydraulic power for the whole machine,Powerful and low noise, the maximum pressure is 31.5Mpa
The solenoid valve of the machine adopts a well-known brand with large diameter and high stability. The sealing parts of the oil cylinder are imported parts with ultra long warranty.Die steel plates are processed by CNC machining center to ensure minimal error size and beautiful brick forming. The mold can be replaced, and the disassembly is simple and convenient.
The newly designed airbag fixture is added to the machine, which greatly improves the flatness of the bottom of the brick without damaging the quality of the finished brick.The PLC system is equipped with several sets of convertible programs, which can be easily converted by pressurizing up and down, so as to adapt to different raw materials of customers. The equipment can produce various styles of chain bricks and flower bricks.
