After the equipment is commissioned and qualified, it enters the warranty period. During the warranty period, we will unconditionally repair and replace the fault caused by the supplier. For faults caused by other reasons, we will only charge the cost for paid repairs.After receiving notification from the user, our factory promises to respond within 24 hours, eliminate the problem in time and put it into use, and give priority to providing users with preferential, high-quality spare parts and various repair services; after the product is delivered, our company implements a designated lifelong service system for the products.
