After the equipment quality assurance period, we can still provide extensive and preferential technical support and accept consultations.Our company will keep detailed and permanent archives of all resistance furnaces sold, so that we can accurately determine the possible usage problems of each customer and propose solutions.The warranty period for all resistance furnaces is 12 months (crucibles not included). After the equipment is commissioned and qualified, it enters the warranty period. During the warranty period, we will unconditionally repair and replace the fault caused by the supplier. For faults caused by other reasons, we will only charge the cost for paid repairs.After receiving notification from the user, our factory promises to respond within 24 hours, eliminate the problem in time and put it into use, and give priority to providing users with preferential, high-quality spare parts and various repair services; after the product is delivered, our company implements a designated lifelong service system for the products.
