100 Cosmetic cream lotion chemical emulsifier mixer tank

The stainless steel heating mixing equipment is designed for making cosmetic food chemical pharmaceutical cream past lotion gel . The tank is adopted 3 layers stainless steel, the high shear mixer homogenizer and frame mixer and other products contact parts are SUS316L material, the shell and frame and control panel are SUS304 material, meet sanitary GMP requirements.
The mixing speed is frequency adjustable, flexible to mix different products. The heating jacket can be heated by water or conduction oil, you can choose the heating medium to the jacket based your products formulation.

2.Frame paddle combination scraper tank mixing product complete.
3.Adopts jacket system, can heating product or cool down products.
4.Product contact parts adopt SUS316L.
