General introduction of jaw crusher:
Jaw crusher is widely applied to crush high hardness, mid hardness and soft rocks and ores such as ore quartz, granite, limestone, slags, construction materials, marble and so on. The maximum compression strength of materials to be crushed is 320MPA.PE series is used for primary crushing; PEX series is used for secondary crushing and fine crushing.
Working principle:
The machine's leather belt and wheel are driven by the electric motor, then movable jaw begins to move up and down by the eccentric shaft, when the movable jaw moves from top to bottom, the angle between fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller, the movable jaw plate deviates from the fixed jaw plate under the function of dragging rod and spring, at this moment the crushed materials are discharged from the bottom outlet of the crushing cavity.

2.We guarantee that the goods,when correctly mounted and properly operated and maintained,shall give satisfactory performance for a period of 12 months after acceptance protocol's signature.
3.The warranty foresees the supply,free of charge,of the parts of the machine that get broken due to manufacturing defects
