PVC two pipes extrusion line include KBL55/113 conical twin-screw extruder, mould, vacuum forming tank, double haul off and cutting machine, stacker. Material is PVC, best production range is Φ 16-Φ 63mm. It has the advantage of high capacity, simple operation, high degree automation, automatic fault alarm and simple maintenance, long working time, adopts ABB inverter and RKC temperature controller.
