Square's continuous proofer is suitable for the proofing of a variety of bakeries products and pastries.
Inside the insulated enclosure, our conveyor system facilitates seamless movement. Moisture and temperature regulation within the proofer are automated through PID-controlled valves.
This versatile proofer accommodates various bakery products and pastries, ensuring superior proofing quality with consistent moisture and temperature levels, surpassing traditional methods in automation and precision
1.Continuous transmissionContinuous transmission system will greatly enhance the output, reduce human resources, realize the overall continuity for mass production.

2.Rail designThe upward opening rail design perfectly avoids debris and dust falling into products on the lower tiers due to friction of the chain during operation, ensuring the hygiene of the products.

3.VFD Control and Easy AdjustmentThe duration time can be easily adjusted for product varieties, as proofing time varies as per different products.

4.PID controlUsing airflow regulation device and PID loop resistance/capacitance humidity controller, air is continuously circulated up and down through centrifugal fan and heat exchanger to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the insulation enclosure; humidity control accuracy can be controlled within ±3%, temperature of ±2ºC.
