Vacuum impregnation machine is a kind of equipment suitable for high and low frequency transformers, inductors, coils, motors, inductors, rectifiers, hardware castings and C-type iron cores for impregnation treatment. It has the functions of improving the mechanical strength and insulation strength of the coil, moisture-proof, mildew-proof and noise reduction. Resin filling of various metal film capacitors, electrolytic capacitors, vacuum degassing process of medium/small resin crafts, and vacuum degassing process of various plastic PU raw materials. It can improve product quality, reduce production costs, save and increase efficiency, and protect the environment. The equipment generally has dozens of varieties such as assembly type, bulk type, square cylinder type, single machine multi-cylinder type, multi-machine single cylinder type and multi-machine multi-cylinder type.
The main functions of vacuum impregnation machine are as follows:
1. Put the object to be impregnated into the cylinder, close the cylinder cover and lock it by the cylinder cover locking device. 2. Vacuum negative pressure and maintain the pressure for a period of time; press the liquid in the liquid storage barrel into the cylinder under the action of the atmosphere, and close the liquid inlet pipe after the liquid reaches a certain height. 3. (Continue) Vacuum: maintain the pressure after reaching a certain negative pressure. 4. Balance (inhale), open the suction (exhale) pipe mouth, and the air naturally enters the cylinder under the action of atmospheric pressure, so that the pressure inside the cylinder is equal to the pressure outside the cylinder. 5. Add positive pressure (mainly to make the liquid in the cylinder enter the object. Make the object in the cylinder soaked in liquid balanced or soaked), 6. Exhaust (exhale and vent), open the (inhale) exhalation pipe mouth to exhale the air in the cylinder. The pressure reaches the same as the outside of the cylinder. 7.
