Description:
The phase-locked frequency-doubling crystal oscillator uses phase-locked frequency synthesis technology. Its main feature is that the voltage-controlled oscillator in the loop uses a voltage-controlled crystal oscillator, which has better phase noise than the general voltage-controlled oscillator. The introduction makes the phase-locked loop have a better remote phase. Due to the existence of loop filter, the phase noise of the phase-locked crystal oscillator at the near end is related to the phase of the reference signal, which deteriorates by 20logN. The phase noise at the far end is determined by the phase of the voltage-controlled crystal oscillator.
The phase noise diagram of 100M crystal used in this product. Because the loop filter bandwidth of this product is less than 10Hz, the phase noise other than 10Hz can refer to the above graph.

5: Lock indication: lock D3 diode on. In the absence of input, it can still output a 100MHz signal but the signal will be about 200KHz higher.
