(1) Super adaptable
· Wide range of raw materials: supports the crushing of wood (branches, boards, wood cores) and non-wood (hemp stalks, reeds, corn stalks) raw materials.
· Compound crushing: equipped with a "flying knife + bottom knife + crushing rod" system, which can crush large materials twice to ensure uniform discharge (the particle size is adjustable from 1-3mm).

· Powerful: 132kW main motor drive, 800mm cutter roller diameter, 3 flying knives for high-speed cutting, and production capacity leading similar products.
· Dynamic balance design: The cutter roller has passed the G6.3 level dynamic balance test, running smoothly, with small vibration, and the bearing temperature rise is ≤40°C.
(3) Intelligent control
· Frequency conversion feeding: adjust the feeding speed in real time through the wireless remote control to match the main motor load to avoid material blockage or overload.
· Interlocking protection: automatic reverse reversal when material is blocked, emergency stop button + multiple electrical protections to ensure safe operation.
4.Easy maintenance
· Hydraulic opening: open the knife roller cover with one click and quickly replace the flying knife (2-3 days/time).
· Modular design: The bottom knife base and screen can be pulled and disassembled as a whole, reducing maintenance time by 50%.

4.Structural highlights
· High-strength knife roller: Welded steel knife roller with high dynamic balancing accuracy and a service life of more than 5 years.
· Dual pressing system: The upper and lower feeding rollers are designed with staggered teeth, the material is pressed evenly without stagnation, and the debris is self-cleaning.
· Hydraulic buffer system: Nitrogen energy storage + oil cylinder linkage, automatically adapts to changes in material height, and operates without impact.
· Multiple lubrication guarantees: The key bearing positions have external grease injection ports to support continuous operation lubrication (see the lubrication chart for cycles).

· Protective interlocking: triple safety mechanisms including power-off protection when opening the cover, emergency stop button, and motor overload protection.
· Anti-loosening bolts: The flying knife/bed knife adopts high-strength special bolts (with "ZL" logo), which increase the shear resistance by 3 times.
