At the needs of the majority of customers, our company has recently developed a rolling roller tube welding machine on the basis of the original seat Welding Positioner design.
0-90DGR WELDING TILTING and Rotating Roller Press Type Positioner is mainly used for tube docking, tube flanges, bending pipes, T-shaped tubes, and pipe welding cutting fields with different diameter or gravity requirements.
The device can freely install pipes and flanges and rotate the work-piece or pour into a reasonable position as needed.
The main structure of the machine consists of a rack, roller rotation mechanism, a clamping arm lifting mechanism, a tilt mechanism, and electrical control.
This pressure roller tube flange welding machine can be combined with small welding operators, welded swingers, and welding power supply into a tube automatic welding processing center.

About the warranty:
1. All our machines (H-beam production line, Box beam automatic welding line, Welding manipulator, Welding rotator, Welding positioner, Seam straight welding machine) have a shelf life of 12 months. In 0-12 months, the machine will be repaired free of charge (consumable parts are not covered by the warranty), the user does not follow the requirements of the manual, wrong installation and use or non-professional installation/repair/change/disassembly caused by equipment machine failures and damages are not covered under warranty.
2. If the warranty period exceeds 12 months, we will provide technical guidance for life. If the machine fails to repair, we only charge the cost of accessories, and the freight needs to be borne by the customer.
