Usage: This machine is engineered for large batch flat lapping or polishing of metal and non-metal materials, especially for stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloy, hardware components, some sealing elements of air pressure and hydraulic pressure, optical crystal, sapphire glass, LED sapphire substrate, LGP model, piezoelectric ceramics, alumina ceramics, plastic sheet and silicon chips.

This device enables grinding discs with a flatness of ± 0.015 mm to ensure the stability of batch processing of high precision flat surfaces.
Pneumatic pressurised lifting device

It makes full use of the abrasive fluid, reduces the waste of abrasive fluid, saves the cost of consumables and meets environmental requirements.
