Holding register: 40001 The Command Word is the principal means for controlling ACS 140 from a fieldbus system. It is sent by the fieldbus master station to the drive. ACS 140 switches between its states according to the bit-coded instructions on the Command Word. Note! In order to use Command Word the drive must be configured to receive control commands from the serial communication channel. Refer to “Control Locations” on page 14. The contents of the Command Word is presented in the following table. The text in italics refers to the states in Figure 12. Table 8 The Command Word.
