Product Description

1.This machine enjoys CNC remanufacturing on the basis of original YK7125 mechanical gear grinding machine and has characteristics of CNC feed , high precision CNC indexing , CNC grinding wheel dressing and CNC generation feed .
2.The machine tool is equipped with automatic programming software with which the machine tool can realize automatic programming . The machine tool with automatic compensation realized by system with completion of grinding wheel dressing can grind any equal or unequal workpiece .
3.The machine tool is applicable to grind Class - A gear shaving cutter , Class - AA slotting cutter and standard gear with Grade -3 precision ( GB / T 10095.1-2008).
4.YK7125A/YK7125B is a gear grinding machine with CNC gear shaving cutter enjoying upright CNC feed , high precision CNC indexing , CNC grinding wheel dressing and CNC generation feed .
5.The machine tool realizes the grinding of involute gear profile YK7125A/YK71258 by interpolation motion of high precision CNC index head ( U - axie ) and generation slipway ( X - axle ), so as to cancel traditional index plate and basic circle plate . The machine tool can grind any equal or unequal workpiece by high precision CNC index head instead of index plate . Grinding wheel dressing is realized by linkage of upright CNC feed ( Z - axle ) and CNC grinding wheel dressing slipway ( Y - axle ). Automatic compensation is realized by system with completion of grinding wheel dressing .
6.The programming of the machine tool is completed by inputting corresponding parameters of processing part in dialog box provided by computer automatic programming software , and machine program automatically generated by which is sent to CNC system through RS232interface. The corresponding convexity / concave gear profile can be formed by filling in the corresponding convexity / concave quantity in dialog box of additional gear profile as per elongation .
7.Upright rotation ( helix angle ) and excursion of gear width from slipway of the machine tool are realized by manual operation .
