PP PE Recycle Plastic Pellet Production Line Product Description
The PP PE Recycle Plastic Pellet Production Line has two kinds of types. One is the RDS Series Single Stage Compacting Die-Face Cutting Pelletizing Line which is used for PE Film, PE bags and PLA Film. If your material is more clean (not dirty), you can use this type. Other is the RSS Series Double Stage Compacting Die-Face Cutting Pelletizing Line which is used for PE Film, PE Bags and PLA Film. Compared with single stage, double stage works more stable, produces more clean and more density granules.
We can design the layout according to customers' workshop.

Compacting Force Feeder

Blades
Installed in Compacting Force Feeder
Single Screw Extruder
Single screw Extruder made by sturdy frame, heavy. No vibrating when machine running;
The whole frame where installed the gearbox, motor and screw has done the milling working.
The frame is build up by the square tube and thick steel on top.
Die Head
Made by 40Cr material with tempering and quenching treatment.
Heating up by the heating core. Design as a material disperser so the material comes out as noddle, so it can remove the air and humidity from the material.
Hydraulic Screen Changer
Double position board model.
Board made by 38CrMnAl with forging, heating treatment won't deform after heating using. Screen changing driven by hydraulic.
With this air accumulator to ensure the screen changing working faster and save energy.
With the magnetic drive valve to control the working.
Vertical Die Face Cutting System
Cutting speed adjust by inverter
Inverter brand: DELTA of Taiwan Blade made by SKD-11 steel
Die mold Made by the 38CrMoALA material with forging treatment, surface been nitriding treatment and buffing.
Horizontal Die Face Cutting System
Die-face cutter model: Horizontal type easy for the changing blades and maintenance. With the die, water ring cover, blade, blade rack. Blade made by SKD-11 steel.

Vertical Dewatering Machine
Remover water with high speed before granules into vibrator screen machine.
Rotor and cover made by stainless steel SUS 304.
Inside rotor is special design as hexagon with better effect. Machine bottom have one waste water collecting tank with filtering mesh to clean the water before drain.
Vibration Screen
Used to screen out bigger size pellets, so can put back to pelletizing again. Made by stainless steel.
