This machine is a gantry moving CNC drilling and milling machine, which can be clamped with a hard alloy high-pressure internal cooling drill bit and can also be drilled with a high-speed steel twist drill bit externally cooled. It is mainly used for drilling, tapping and milling of flanges, heat exchangers and tube sheet parts. The machining process is cnc controlled, with high efficiency, high precision, convenient programming and simple operation.
The machine is mainly composed of bed base and longitudinal sliding table, gantry and transverse sliding table, vertical feed unit and drilling and milling power head, tool magazine, automatic cutting device system, high pressure internal cooling system, external cooling system, automatic chip removal System, automatic lubrication system, pneumatic system, numerical control system, electrical system.
