This machine has a wide processing range and strong applicability, especially useful for large, heavy and irregular workpieces honing.
There are two styles of such series honing machine ,one single stage and the other double stage, meanwhile,the process can be altered with fixed size and fixed time.
After the parameter of overlapping curve attribute is given,auto calculate processing will be realized through the parameter.
The program can be set in advance to protect overloading situation for spindle and tools.
The equipment controlled by application of advanced servo,which allows the machine to have a short stroke and stay at any part of the hole (top,middle and bottom),
double stroke movement can be set in the same program(such as the taper at the end of the blind hole is relatively large).
The design of flexible modular column is easy to customize for your specific application (program can be extended according to customer's requiment).
It contains maintaining setting function,stored up to 30 programs,replaced tools easliy.
The hole figure will be real time displayed on the screen during the processing, we can not only get the information of hole but also adjust the honing size(Increase or decrease in size) at sametime, no need showdown to change settings ,the processing would be improved efficiency and greatly.
Equipment equipped with control tools of high-precision handwheel made debugging product faster and more efficient.
The filtration system includes paper bag filtration and magnetic filtration, collect dust and grit usefully , keep the oil clean.
Different combination of honing tools can make any material (such as normal metal, glass,plastic, ceramic,tungsten steel,titanium alloy and so on )
The main module of honing machine
1. The advatage of removable panel : large touchable screen for setting honing tools parameter easily. The joint settings are flexible and reliable and adjustable position according to the necessary for easy operation
2. Vertical slide rail: The vertical slide rail is driven by a servo motor and can quickly insert the grinding head into the hole cavity, with a stroke movement of up to 300MOV/MIN
3. Honing mandrel: The honing mandrel adopts a floating and flexible design concept, which meet the need of accuracy by reducing product clamping.With the honing heads produced by ShangHai Zhuyun Machinery company ,operators can easily correct unfavorable geometric accuracy
4.Rotating worktable(optional):The working idea and modularity level of rotating worktable allow customers to choose different fixture positions such as 2,4 and 6 etc without making too much modifications
oling and filtering device: Due to the cooler is independent of the chassis, the heat dissipation of the pump body will not affect other parts of the machine tool and cleaning and replacing the filter paper is convient
6 Electric control box: The electric control box is located at the rear of the machine tool and easy maintenance.
