Laser engraving keyboard processing technology
Usually laser engraving silicone keyboard surface treatment, spraying process takes two or three times, first spraying display character color, also known as background, followed by spraying the keyboard surface color, the surface color generally choose big color and color contrast, the purpose is to increase the display contrast, make the character display more marked and clear.Then laser character engraving is carried out, and finally, surface protection layer, such as PU, UV, epoxy, matte, etc. is needed to protect the surface of the keyboard and extend the service life of the keyboard.
Notes: Main Laser engraving silicone keypad's quality problem caused by color coating.
Easy problems
1. Chromatic Aberration (chromatic aberration)
2. Uneven coating will cause light leakage.
3. Too thin spray coating engraved silicone rubber keyboard will cause light leakage
4. The thickness of coating layer affects the bond thickness or pad thickness.
5. Too thick coating layer will also affect the driving force and rebound effect of silicone rubber keyboard
The inner color (legend color) has a large contrast with the surface color of the keyboard, and the display effect is good.
In order to increase the contrast and make the character display clearer, the inner coating color is white, and the surface color is mostly black.
If the use of non-white or other bright color inner coating, with a gray or black surface keyboard laser engraving, the keyboard in the absence of backlight in the case of the display will not be good, this should be noted in the design of laser etching keyboard.
