PRODUCTION LINE
1. Raw material pretreatment: logs or wood waste are processed into uniform wood chips by chippers, and then crushed into fine fibers or sawdust. 2. Drying stage: industrial drying equipment is used to remove moisture from wood fibers. 3. Pneumatic conveying: dried wood fibers are transported to storage silos through a negative pressure system. 4. Mixing adhesive: dry fibers are evenly mixed with adhesive in a special mixing device.
5. High temperature and high pressure molding: The mixture is transferred to the molding machine and compressed at high temperature (150-200℃) and high pressure (200-300 tons). 6. Final shaping: The hot pressing process forms a high-strength core plug structure with consistent density and stable dimensions, which can be directly used for industrial coil protection.
