WLDH horizontal lithium battery powder ribbon mixer can be used for the materials mixing production in food, lithium battery powder , chemical plastic, dyestuff and cosmetic etc industries to mix solid-solid(powder and powder),solid-liquid(powder and liquid), especially, suit for mixing the material adhesive or containing coherent powder articles and that powder articles material which is added with more liquid(or pasty material) and features a quick mixing speed, a high precision, non-blind mixing area, a great filling coefficient, stable movement, sealed operation, without pollution to the environment, quick and clear discharge without residue, easy to use and maintenance.
Working Principle
Horizontal ribbon mixer consists of transmission components, double-layer ribbon mixer, and U-shaped barrel. The coiling form of the outer spiral strip matches the direction of rotation to push the material from both ends to the middle, while the inner spiral strip pushes the material from the middle to both ends. The different angles and directions of the spiral strip make the material flow in different directions. The material continues to pass through Convection circulation and shear mixing achieve rapid mixing. There is a discharge port in the center of the bottom of the horizontal cylinder of the mixer. The spiral structure of the outer spiral belt cooperates with the rotation direction of the main shaft to drive the material inside the cylinder wall to the central discharge port for discharge, ensuring that there are no dead ends in the discharge of materials in the cylinder.
