This series of cattle essence storage tanks are made of high-quality aviation aluminum and contain multiple layers of high-strength thermal insulation layers. They have the advantages of being compact, lightweight, easy to carry, economical and applicable, efficient in storage, and have low liquid nitrogen volatilization rate, ensuring sample safety in all aspects.
In order to ensure that animal semen is not inactivated, the liquid nitrogen tank must be kept at a low temperature and a constant temperature. Liquid nitrogen tanks for animal husbandry have the following characteristics:
1. The container consists of an inner bladder, an outer bladder, a lifting tube, and a neck tube connecting the inner and outer bladders.
2. The inner and outer bladders are made of high-strength aluminum alloy, which is strong and durable.
3. There is a high vacuum between the inner tank and the outer tank, and the vacuum chamber is equipped with multiple layers of thermal insulation materials, so it has good thermal insulation performance.
4. The neck plug is made of plastic with good thermal insulation. It has the dual functions of reducing the evaporation of liquid nitrogen and fixing the lifting cylinder.
5. The neck tube is made of epoxy fiberglass, which has extremely low thermal conductivity and can control the external heat entering from the neck tube to a minimum.
6. The vacuum part is equipped with a gas adsorbent, which can absorb the gas emitted by metal or other substances in the vacuum chamber, thereby maintaining a high vacuum for a long time.
