APPLICATION
The machine is widely applied for processing large components of industries such as hydropower, nuclear power, ship- buildi ng, etc. with advantages like heavy loading capacity, high work accuracy, and easy operation.
For milling and turning machine, with certain attachment head adopted, it can carry out milling, boring, drilling, tapping, counter boring, etc.
The main performance characteristics:
Table adopts high accuracy double row roller bearing in radial for centering, in axial pump per pocket hydrostatic guide way of constant flow s adopted for supporting. Main drive adopts wide field magnet DC motor; 2-step mechanic gearbox speed change. Milling and turning table can adopt double AC spindle motor drive, can realize high precision electric gap elimination. Toolhead moves on crossrail, load relief beam is adopted to reduce the bending of crossrail guide way and improve travel accuracy. Crossrail elevation adopts hydrostatic load relief screw pair transmission. Toolhead ram travel adopts ballscrew pair transmission, guide way adopts pump per pocket closed type hydrostatic guide way of constant flow. Milling spindle is housed in toolhead; AC spindle motor drive; 2-shift gearbox speed change. X/Z can adopt optical scale for full closed loop inspection. In table center of turning machine adopts encoder for constant speed cutting and thread turning.
