Ship landing using marine airbags relies on airbags that measure usually from 0.8m to 2.5m in diameter. These airbags usually have lengths from 5.0m to 25.0m. They are used to launch ships as well as other functions in floating, salvaging and loading. The airbags are popular for launching and landing chemical tankers and cargo boats. Ship landing airbags are categorized by the following three types according to the bearing capacity, per meter in length. We define the number of layers, which means the number of Synthetic-tyre-cord layers, in order to confirm the Safety Working Pressure. Another type is available upon clients' request.
QP - Ordinary airbag - with 3, 4 or 5 layers of cord fabric. QG - high-bearing capacity airbag - with 6, 7, or 8 layers of cord fabric. QS - Superhigh-bearing capacity airbag - with 9, 10, or more layers of cord fabrics as a custom request.
