This extrusion line is special for PVC DOOR'S & WINDOW'S PROFILE or WPC PROFILE extrusion. The main machine is the Conical Twin-screw Extruder. The accessorial machines of this production line are Vacuum Forming Bath, Traction machine, Cutter and product Stacker. There are different kinds of accessorial machines special designed for different types of profile.
There are all types of conical twin-screw extruders with different capacity from 60kg/h to 700kg/h. There are alternative choices for extruder control system which are PLC control or button control.
