The dryer ring gear is made of 45 or 40Cr steel. It is mounted on the outer edge of the flywheel after heating and fastened and it fastened on the outer edge of the flywheel after cooling. It is used to mesh with the gear of the starter, drive the crankshaft to rotate and start the engine. The manufacturing process is the forging of blanks, conditioning treatment, lathe processing, hobbing, drilling, quenching treatment and finished after the high temperature tempering. We manufacture and process various dryer ring gears according to the drawings and dimensions information provided by customers. The OEM processing and customized according to drawings are provided.
