Product Description
This Machine is mainly used to drill tube holes on header tube which used for boiler industry. It also could use special tools to make welding groove, greatly increase the hole's precision and drilling efficiency.
This machine tool is composed of the following components: bed one, used to carry the head, tail and sliding seat, hydraulic chucks are installed on the head and foot of the bed to clamp the drum workpiece; bed two, used to carry the longitudinal slide Plates, drilling power heads, hydraulic slides, and front clamping devices are used to install drilling devices; in addition, they also include rear support, chip removal and cooling, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, laser alignment devices and other components. Main configuration:
1. The power head can realize the automatic control stroke through the hydraulic sliding table, and realize the automatic conversion of fast forward, work forward and fast backward. The three power heads are independent and can realize automatic drilling with high efficiency and good precision.
2. The head of the bed is fixed at one end of the bed, and the AC servo motor achieves numerical control indexing through the reducer and gear reduction to ensure the stability and reliability of the spindle. A three-jaw self-centering hydraulic chuck is installed on the head of the bed, which can easily clamp and loosen the workpiece.
3. A three-jaw self-centering hydraulic chuck is also installed at the end of the bed. By working together with the bed head chuck, it can self-center and clamp the workpiece. After clamping the upper workpiece, it can rotate with the workpiece.
4. The front and rear supports of this machine tool can realize adaptive hydraulic jacking before and after the drum after the drum is clamped by the chuck, which improves the drilling rigidity of the drum.
5. This machine is equipped with a laser cross alignment device, which can be installed in the spindle taper hole of the first drilling power head. It is convenient to align the longitudinal and transverse weld positions on the outer circular surface of the drum and determine the drilling position. .
6. The CAD drawings of the workpiece can be directly input, the system automatically generates the processing program, and the three spindles automatically allocate the processing tasks of all holes. It adopts numerical control control mode and Chinese interface, which is convenient for operation.
