Product Description



On the basis of the model KX-36J CNC lathe, side face 4 live tooling is installed on the Y axis to achieve the turning and milling composite function of 6-row living tools and 4-side milling. It is widely used in the processing of work pieces that require drilling, tapping, milling grooves, etc. on side face. At the same time, due to the one-time clamping completion overcoming secondary clamping errors, due to the increase in processing time and the merger of processing processes, it is more suitable for one person to manage multiple machines, saving labor, improving automation and processing accuracy. It is suitable for processing bar materials within 35mm and granular materials within 100mm.

Answer: Yes. Please feel free to contact us.

4. What is your lead time?
Answer: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship 1-2 machine in 30 working days ; For more than 3 machines, about 35 working days.

5. What is your payment term?
Answer: T/T or ****** Trade Assurance Order Service, other payment term need to be discussed.

6. What is the shipping method?
Answer: Machine order shipped by sea or land transportation ; Metalworking samples by express (EMS/UPS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX and ect). Please confirm with us before placing orders.

7. What is the form of after-sales service?
Answer: a. Warranty is one yearJust for parts. There is no visiting repairing, We offer video support and send the parts for repairing.

-b. Sample making shall be conducted before order if required, i.e. the buyer shall pay the sample making fees first.

-c. Manufacturer shall do the testing and commissioning for the goods before shipment.

-d. After shipment, buyer can go to local maintenance if technical issues occurred (Manufacturer will be responsible for sending spare parts if buyer need. )

-e. Spare parts such as belt, chuck, screw & nuts, hydraulic oil, working lighting, cutting tool, etc are not under warranty scope.
