How it work?Brush Type Self-cleaning Filter& Working Principle:
Filtering :
First:The sewage enters the machine by the water inlet of the equipment, primary strainer first intercepts the larger impurities in the sewage, to prevent these impurities from entering the body and damaging the parts in the body.
Second:After the coarse filter, the water flows to the fine filter at the other end of the body, and Fine filter is the final interception of impurities and dirt in the water.
Automatic Self-cleaning
Because of the blockage of the dirt on the filter screen, there is a pressure difference between the water in the filter screen and the water outside the filter screen. When the pressure difference reaches the set value of the differential pressure switch, the electric control box sends a sewage signal, and the control valve, the motor drive, and the sewage valve on the body are opened at the same time. The motor rotation drives the stainless steel brush in the body to clean the dirt on the filter screen, and then discharge the sewage through the sewage outlet to complete a self-cleaning process.
