Feeding belt conveyor
The feeding belt conveyor is an essential device for delivering soft plastic waste, such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films, to the cutter compactor. For rolled waste films, a roller haul-off feeding option is available. With speed regulation via an integrated inverter, the conveyor ensures automatic feeding aligned with compactor requirements.
Metal detector
Our optional metal detector is a safeguard against metal contaminants, protecting the integrity of the compactor knives. In the presence of metal, the detector triggers an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing for safe removal and restart. Choose between premier German or trusted Chinese brands for optimal performance.
Cutter compactor
The cutter compactor features fixed side knives and rotary knives on the bottom plate, efficiently reducing material size and inducing slight agglomeration. This process removes moisture, stabilizes feeding to the extruder, and facilitates easy processing. With automatic over-temperature cooling and a top-mounted exhaust device, it effectively handles moisture and dust, ensuring smooth operation.
