SWZ400/9 FINCM Steel Structure Fabrication CNC H Beam Drilling Machine
The SWZ400/9 three-dimensional CNC drilling machine production line is composed of SWZ400/9 three-dimensional CNC drilling machine, feeding trolley and material channel. It can be widely used in steel structure industries such as construction, bridges, power station boilers, three-dimensional garages, offshore oil well platforms, tower masts, etc.
This machine tool is mainly composed of several main parts such as a bed, a CNC sliding table (3), a self-controlled stroke drilling power head (3), a clamping mechanism, a detection device, a cooling system, a chip box, and a safety net.
Equipment advantages:
1.The three drilling power heads can work independently or simultaneously.
2.The spindle speed of each drilling power head is controlled by frequency converter and stepless adjusted; the feed speed is stepless adjusted by speed regulating valve, which can be adjusted rapidly in a large range according to the material of workpiece and diameter of drilling hole.
3.The bed is a frame structure welded by high-quality steel. The steel pipe is strengthened in the place where the force is large. After the welding is completed, the heat aging treatment is performed. These all improve the stability of the bed. Thereby ensuring the accuracy of the entire machine tool.
4.This machine is equipped with workpiece width detection and web height detection devices, which can automatically compensate for machining errors caused by irregular workpiece outlines and improve machining accuracy.
5.The machine tool is equipped with an aerosol cooling system, which has the advantages of less coolant consumption, cost savings and reduced drill bit wear. Detailed Photos
