The EPS hot melt machine can efficiently crush and hot melt EPS, XPS, EPE, EPO, and various other foam materials. Unlike traditional melt machines, it operates without a heater at the chamber end, offering a unique and innovative approach.

Traditional lump machines with heaters typically need around 20 minutes to preheat the chamber. 2) Produces almost no smoke during operation. 3) Produces almost no odor, ensuring a more pleasant working environment. 4) Equipped with optional heaters for processing wet foam materials, as the heaters can elevate the chamber's temperature as needed.
The Foam Heat Melt Equipment features two robust crushing shafts within the hopper.
An optional conveyor belt is available for feeding materials efficiently.
Temperature and frequency controls are seamlessly integrated into the control box for precise management.
The machine is built with a hard-teeth reducer and a durable copper motor, ensuring longevity and reliability.
