2D Motion Blender
The blender known as the Two-Dimensional Motion Mixer can move in two directions: by rotating its drum and by oscillating it with the frame. Because the materials spin, invert, and blend inside the drum, as well as experience side-to-side mixing from the oscillation of the drum, this dual movement guarantees complete mixing of the ingredients in a brief amount of time.
The oscillating frame, the stand, and the revolving drum make up its three primary components. The drum revolves on the oscillating frame, which is axially positioned by two stop wheels and supported by four rollers, two of which are powered by a power system. A crank-rocker mechanism on the stand powers the oscillating frame, which enables the drum to revolve and oscillate at the same time, guaranteeing complete material mixing inside.
Two-Dimensional Motion: To ensure complete mixing of all ingredients, the 2D Mixer uses a special two-dimensional motion that combines oscillation and rotation.
Adjustable Time and Speed: You can change the mixing time and speed to fit your particular application and material needs.
