CQB15-15-65F fluoroplastic magnetic pump is a new product developed by Shijiazhuang Jiemu Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd(Gempump China). in recent years. It has introduced foreign advanced technology and is made of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). This material is an excellent anti-corrosion material in the world. The magnetic pump produced with this material has the advantages of wide application range, strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, no toxin decomposition, etc. It can be widely used in chemical industry, pharmacy, electroplating, petroleum, environmental protection, rare earth separation, smelting, pickling in automobile manufacturing and other fields.
CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump has a unique design, no mechanical shaft seal is required, and no leakage is allowed. The liquid flow passage parts are made of fluoroplastic, ceramic fluororubber and other materials. The pump shell is fixed with metal materials, so the pump body is enough to support the weight of the pipeline, and is convenient for use and maintenance.
■ Working principle of CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump:
CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump (magnetic pump for short) is a chemical process pump that uses modern magnetic mechanics principle and permanent magnet to realize non-contact indirect transmission. When the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e., the outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic force line through the magnetic field passes through the isolation sleeve to drive the inner rotor (i.e., the inner magnetic steel) assembly and the impeller to rotate synchronously. The medium is completely enclosed in the static isolation sleeve, so as to achieve the purpose of pumping the medium without leakage, completely solve the leakage of the shaft seal of the mechanical drive pump, and it is a new industrial pump with full sealing, no leakage, and no pollution.
The magnetic pump is an ideal pump to eliminate the phenomena of running, emitting, dripping and leaking in the chemical process, eliminate environmental pollution, create "leak free workshop" and "leak free factory", and realize safe and civilized production.
■ Structural features of CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump:
The design of CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump not only has the advantages of ordinary magnetic pump, such as compact structure, beautiful appearance, small volume, low noise and reliable operation, but also its flow passage components are all made of "plastic king" (fluoroplastic) with excellent corrosion resistance in the world at present, and the isolation sleeve is made of special materials, which has high strength mechanical properties and eliminates the magnetic eddy current phenomenon existing in ordinary magnetic pump. Therefore, CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump can transport corrosive media such as acid, alkali and oxidant with any concentration (strength) without any damage.
■ Application of CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump:
CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump is widely used in chemical industry, acid making, alkali making, smelting, rare earth, pesticide, dye, medicine, paper making, electroplating, pickling and electrolysis, radio, chemical foil, scientific research institutions, national defense industry and other industries to transport acid, alkali, oil, toxic liquid, rare and precious liquid, volatile chemical medium of any concentration. Especially the transportation of leaky, flammable and explosive liquids. Applicable temperature: - 30 ℃~120 ℃.
