--Weinview touchscreen operation parameters.
--The whole control system adopts OMRON PLC control system.
--After the electric baffle, using step motor drive, the size is accurate, the reansform size more convenient.
--The photoelectric and proximity switches using the OMRON brand.
--The bottom mold, wolfram steel blade used in Japan.
--The entire set of nail head all adopt the special steel manufacturing, computer gongs precision machining.
--It can stitch single nail, double nail and strong nails, can be suitable for different customer requirments of different kinds of nails.
--The reansform carton size and adjusting nail carton from just one minute can be completerd, greatly saves time and is convenient to operate.
--It can stitch a lid box & carton no cover (If have uncovered box need stitched,please note when ordering machinery)
--The front end to send automatic counting paper, paper feeding platform is provided with the photoelectric induction device, automatic rising feeder.
--The following section has the function of automatic counting, finished cartons can be set according to the number(1-99) sub stack sent to the conveying machinery termainal, convenient bunding.

2. What is the terms of payment you accept?
We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit,
pay the 70% balance before delivery, but we can also accept the L/C.
3. Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there?
Our factory located in Dongguang County, Hebei Province, China., near to the
capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Beijing airport directly and we
will pick you up there.
4. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority. We always regard great importance to quality controlling from the very small thing(even a small screw we will choose the best quality) from the beginning.
