Product Description

This set screw and barrel is highly performanced for PP,PE PA plastic. Even add 30% glass fiber is still will excellent peformance.
1:Screw
We use top material 38Cr MoAl through special processing method to insure the screw quality. Please check ablove drawing draft.
2:Barrel
Barrel will be centrifugal casted during processing. The alloy grade is C. If you need higher requirement.We can make it up to A grade.
Normally C grade alloy is iron. B grade alloy is Nickle. A grade alloy is tungsten.Please check above drawing draft.
3: Other accessories.
Like adaptor; check;screw tip; sealing element and nozzle. They are all manufactured by our experienced wokers.
