1. Heating stage
Heating medium: The heating part of the vacuum dryer usually uses hot water, steam or electric heating plates. These heating sources can gradually heat the material in a low temperature environment to avoid high temperature damage to the material.
Uniform heating: Through uniform heating, ensure that the surface temperature of the material gradually rises and the moisture begins to evaporate.
2. Establishment of vacuum environment
Vacuuming: During the drying process, the air pressure in the drying chamber is reduced by a vacuum pump. The establishment of a vacuum environment can significantly reduce the boiling point of water, allowing the moisture to evaporate at a lower temperature, thereby avoiding high temperature damage to the material.

3. Moisture evaporation
