Flotation machine introduction
Flotation machine is the equipment to complete the flotation process, which is also called flotation cell. It is widely used for the rough, fine and reverse flotation operations of copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum and other non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal and nonmetal minerals. The types of flotation machine mainly include mechanical agitation flotation machine and froth agitation flotation machine.
Flotation machine working principle
Flotation cells is mainly composed of pulp chute, mixing device, air charging system, mineralized bubble discharging device and electric motor.
The flotation cell is driven by a motor triangular substituting transmission when impeller rotates to form the centrifugal formation and produce the negative pressure, on the one hand, sucting sufficient air and mixed with the slurry, on the other hand, stirring the slurry mixed with the drug to fine the bubble to make a certain mineral bond on the bubble. Adjust the height of the disc to control the liquid surface and the useful bubble will be scraped out.

6.Special designed impeller can produce upper and lower circulation of mineral slurry respectively.
