Extreme Pressure Additives EPA Polymerization ester
Lubricant additive ML-25
ML-25 is a high molecular weight polymer ester lubricant. It can completely or partially replace chlorine or sulfur extreme pressure additives in industrial oils or metalworking fluids. This product is an ideal substitute for lubricants and chlorinated paraffin.
Application range: It can be used in industrial oils and oil-based cutting fluids, as well as in water-based cutting fluids (semi-synthetic, emulsion).
Performance characteristics:
● Free of phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, can reduce the growth of bacteria.
● It has good biological stability, and the heterogeneous structure in the molecule makes it itself antibacterial, thereby reducing the amount of fungicides.
● It has good compatibility with the formulation and has no adverse effect on the stability of the system.
● It has excellent thermal, oxidation and hydrolysis stability and hard-water resistance.
● It can maintain emulsion stability for a long time, reduce tool wear and cutting fluid volatilization loss, and ensure long-term operation of the system.
● It can be used alone or in combination with other lubricants.
● Theoretical molecular weight: 1200-1600.
Volume of Addition Suggested (mass ratio) in cutting fluid: 5-15%.
