A:Our factory is located in Guangzhou City, China, it's about 30 minutes away from CAN Airport. Warmly welcome to visit to our factory, we happy to help you booking hotel and airport pick-up.

A:Our raw materials are purchased from qualified supplier. And we have a strong quality control team to guarantee our quality. We always care what you care!!
Q:What is your warranty?
A: We provide after-service for all life of our product, during first years, the parts be free. After one year, only charge parts cost.
Q:How are parts availability?
A: We keep stock of spare parts and make sure all parts available whenever you need.
Q:What's the leading time?(How long do you need to prepare my goods?)
A:3 days for sample orders. 12 days for mass production orders(based on different quantities)
Q:How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?
A:3-5 days for international express,5-7 days for air transportation,35-40 days for sea transportation.
Q:What's the payment method?
A:T/T or WU or , 30% deposit before production, after product finished, you can come to check or ask your agent come to check or we take picture/video for your check, the balance before delivery.
