ZY-607 Plus version coating machine is independent research and development of super hard coating ion coating machine by IKS, using the unique new automatic stepless adjustment magnetic field arc source coating technology,magnetic field control to make the spot on the surface of the whole target to do rapid movemnet, enhance ionization rate of the target, so that the surface of the target is evenly etched, while the coating surface is smooth and dense,the coating adhesion is optimized, to ensure the coating thickness and coating uniformity, ZY-607 plus version, straight arc technology can realize the integrated function of nitriding and coating. at the same time, the application of new technology improves the coating efficiency and saves the running cost of energy.
