PET plastic bottle/flakes washing/recycling line/machine
Introduction:
Plastic recycle machine is widely used to treat PET bottle (coke bottles) and scrap PET plastic broken into flakes. It is a crushing, washing, drying line. PET flakes are mainly used for the fiber production and other related PET products. This production line is high automatic operating and save labor cost and low after maintenance. With advanced international industry concepts and technologies to meet waste plastic recycling at home or abroad.
Application
This waste plastic film recycling line is used for recycling of waste PE/PP film and sack.

• Bale Opening System — hydraulic bale cutting machine to shearing film bale into smaller pieces (optional)

1.Conveyor belt
convey the drink bottle into label remover, save labor and evenly feeding.
2. New type label remover
Convey diameter 5-15cm, length 15-30cm bottle evenly into label remover, separator remove the label and blower suct the them out before leaving machine.
95% high removing rate and 1000kg/h capacity, low loss.
3.washing and crushing machine
This machine has washing drum which has pre-wash function and directly spray goods into rinse tank.
4. Rinse tank
Suitable for polyester separation of impurities can be further after cleaning and rinsing make more clean, also is necessary equipment seperating cap and chips.
5.Friction washing machine
Strongly clean the oil which attached to the chips.
6. Horizontal dryer
Remove water and impurity, dewatering rate can reach 96-98%.
