Q1: What is the lead time? A1: Generally around 30 days after order confirmation. For any urgent order, please let us know and we will check if we have stock to speed up the production.
Q2: How can get the samples and what about the cost of the samples?
A2: Samples are free for a small amount, but the transportation cost will need to be paid by the customer.
Q3: What is your terms of payment?
A3: Usually we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. Also it is negotiable after cooperation.
Q4: Can you produce according to customers design and color?
A4: Yes, we can produce according to your color and design. Please send us your sample or color code like Pantone number.
Q5: What is your normal packing for the fabric?
A5: A or B or C
Option A: folded on cardboard then inside poly bag.
Option B: rolled on the carton tube with poly bag, then with outer weaving bag.
Option C: according to your special requirements.
