Brief introduction of Dry magnetic separator machine for magnetic metal separating with rotary drum:Dry magnetic separator is normally used for dealing with iron ore and manganese ore, it’s a typically separating equipment with strong magnetism. The dry magnetic separator is a sorting machine for dry magnetic minerals.
Opposite to wet magnetic separator, dry magnetic separator requests dry raw materials. In order to guarantee the separating effect and avoid non-separation, the grains of raw materials should be independent with each other and can move freely.
Dry magnetic separator is applicable for the magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other materials with particle size under 3mm, and also can be used for iron removal for coal, nonmetals and building materials, etc.

A: According to clients request, we can provide installation technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Travel and accommodation costs, plus USD80 per day per one to be met by the client.

A: 30% by T/T by order + 70% before shipment.
3. Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down?
A: The warranty period for all of Hengchang’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is six months. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
4. Q: What should we do if we want to get a best quotation?
