Bulk Production EPS Foam Waste Shredder with Belt Conveyor to Feed

Product Description

The EPS shredder works with a long conveying belt to convey the materials into hopper to crush them.The crushed materials will be blowed into big silo for further process.
There are two horizontal shafts installed inside hopper by left and right layout.
The conveyor is belt type and it is 4000mm length at default.
The EPS shredder offer a solution to the problem of EPS foam disposal, which can reduce them to manageable sizes. Perfect for someone who has scrap EPS foam from protection cushions, post parcels and other fragile glass/ceramic ware transportation. This foam recycling crusher can crush the EPS blocks into small flakes of sizes from 5mm to 50mm.

3) Safety The belt type conveyor can be improving safety for operator when feeding materials,people are more and more pay attetion to safety in some countries.The belt can keep works away from crushing shafts which may be dangerous to workers.
