Because the use of household appliances in different countries is different, the power supply in different countries is different, and the product also needs to make special adaptation. The most important thing is to meet the standards of the European Union or relevant countries. If you want to sell to other countries, especially the Nordic countries with high environmental requirements, the data and performance in all aspects are relatively weak.
As we all know, a product must have a CE certificate if it wants to enter Europe, and the application of CE certification for electrical appliances is not overnight.
Take heaters as an example, the following materials are required for CE certification: 1-3-4-0-7-1-2-5-5-5-1
1. Product instruction manual (if there are multiple models, the difference comparison data of series products is required)
2. Safety design documents (including key structure drawings, design drawings and parameters)
3. Product technical conditions (or enterprise standards), establish technical data
4. Product electrical schematic diagram, circuit diagram, block diagram, structure diagram
5. List of key components or raw materials (please select products with European certification mark)
6. Machine or component certification
The process of CE certification for heating appliances is as follows:
1. Fill in the application form;
2. The applicant shall provide the test samples and sign the contract for payment;
3. Provide product instructions, pictures, technical documents, etc.;
4. The laboratory carries out a full set of tests on the applied products and the differences of the relevant models according to the relevant EU testing standards. ;
5. Test completed and test report issued;
6. The CE certificate will be issued upon completion of the project.
